Creating a rating form with final report.

    Here's what I'd like to do...

    I need a data collection form, which allows the user to rate wines at a tasting event. I envision the form to list all of the wines by brand, then type, then a 5-star rating field like this...

    Mondavi  ---> Chardonnay  ***  |  Cabernet  ****  |  Pinot Noir  **

    There will be over 100 wines available from 30+ vintners and I'd like this form to be presented like a mobile app. By itself this is easy to do in JotForm, however here's what I need the form to do over the course of the tasting event...

    It collects and stores the data; allows the user to exit and return to the form at will without losing prior data input, allows editing of that data, and then allows final submission at a later time (or date). Lastly, that submission would deliver a report of all wines tasted and rated.

    Is this possible with JotForm?

    Hi,

    I believe this can be done, I can provide some guides that you can use.

    If you would like your users to save progress or continue filling out the form at a later time, you have 2 options, you check the following links:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature

    http://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature

    If you would like to let your users edit the existing submission that they have, you can give them an edit link. Here's the guide on that: http://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

    If you would like to make a report on your submissions, I have some things in mind, although I'm not sure how you would like them to be displayed or managed.

    1. One method that you can use is integrating your form in a Google Spreadsheet, you can check the integration guide here: http://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet. From there, you can manage your data on a spreadsheet.

    2. Another way, you can create an HTML Table listing report, you can then embed that on a website so that others can view it also. Here's a guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/209-How-to-create-an-HTML-Table-Listing-Report

    I that helps. If you have questions please do not hesitate to ask.

    Thank you.
