File Storage Size

New to JotForm, just figured it out and built our first form. When users submit a file the file size counts against our file storage amount. Is this "file storage" how much we physically store on JotForm or is it the size of files coming through the form on a monthly basis? Long story short is it a bandwidth measurement or a storage measurement? How does one clear storage amount for future reference? Thanks. -Ed

I figured it out. It is physical storage amount. It can be cleared via the admin interface, just a little hidden.

    Hi,

I'm glad to hear that you have found the information you are looking for. If I may add, here's the file upload size guide that might be of a help: http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit.

Please also do check our pricing page here for the limits that each subscription plan: http://www.jotform.com/pricing.

Another thing, please do take note that if you would like to free up your upload space, you will need to delete submissions that has file attachments on them.

    I hope this helps.

    Kind regards.
