    Hi,

Template forms are definitely editable.  You can also clone and edit almost any jotform you find:

Just let us know if you have any trouble doing so and which template you are having trouble with and we will be happy to help.

I've tried to edit several of the order forms. I need one with a quantity column, product column, and cost column that auto populates. I tried to edit Order Form w/ Pop Image fxv1 but I couldn't edit it. Tried others too.

    Thanks.

Clicking on the "Use Template" button will clone the form to your account:

From there, you can edit your own copy of the form from your account.  The edit template button is for those who created the template.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.

I have done this but still cannot edit the details of the form. For instance, I cannot change 'Product 1' to the name of my actual product. I also want to delete the 'Jot Form' logo that is all over this form.

Is it possible to set up a form that will calculate the price based on the quantity selected?

    Thank you.

    Sarah

Since the form you cloned contains a payment field, would need to update the information in the payment wizard in order to make the changes you desire:

Clicking on the little magic wand after clicking on the field will open the menu to take you through the process:

This will let you set up pricing options, remove the images associated with the products and things of that nature as well.

Thanks. This was helpful, but I still cannot edit the form the way we need it. I cannot remove the pricing that is already next to each product name ($10, $20, etc.). I need the pricing to populate based on the quantity selected. I have been able to add the quantities & custom pricing, but still cannot remove the cost next to the product name. Then I need the cost to show up in the item subtotal line under the product, which it is not currently doing.

Is there an easier way to accomplish this?

There is not currently an option to have a subtotal for each section of the payment field.  It is also not possible to remove the cost of an item from the payment field.

You can change the product prices in the setup menu for the payment field:

For custom pricing, such as 1 costs $1 and 2 would cost $1.50.  You would need to use regular fields and a calculation widget:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form

Then pass the final value to your payment field:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-pass-a-calculation-to-a-payment-field

However, this does take a fair deal more setup then just using the payment wizard.  It will allow you to have any variety of setups including sub-totals and things of that nature, though each field would need to be setup manually and could take a fair amount of time.
