Can more than one people fill in the same form?

Is there a way to allow more than one responder to complete a form? The example we have is two or three people from the same department who need to submit answers to a form. How can this work?

Yes it is possible. 

There are several ways to do it, so more details are needed in order to find the best solution.

On this example you add the 2nd person email and an edit link will be sent to the 2nd person so he will be able to fill in the rest of the form. All the fields are editable:

On this example we have 2 sections of the form, one to be filled in by the worker and the 2nd part only by the supervisor. The supervisor part is not editable by the worker. This solution is a little bit more complex:
