Page Does Not Scroll

When attempting to create a new form, I have noticed the page will NOT scroll up or down when editing the form. The page does not even display scrollbars. I found a button to scroll down on the form but not to scroll back up. Once the page scrolls all the way down, there is not a way to get back to the top. I love JotForm but I need to create an email form very quickly. You may want to fix this issue as I am sure others are experiencing this same problem when trying to create new forms. If it matters, I am using the newest version of Chrome.

I have checked this with your form as well as made a clone of your form but I can't reproduce the problem. The page scroll bar is visible and I can move down and up the page.

May I suggest to clear you browser's cache first, relogin from your account if necessary then recheck. This might help.
