I can not see any API keys that you have created and without them the Ticket Purchase widget can not keep the score of available and selected numbers.

To add them please go to this page: http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/api

You can access it at any time by clicking on the Avatar like icon in the right corner of your screen and then by clicking on API section.

Once you create the api you should copy it and add it to your Ticket Purchases widget instead of **encoded**

Once you do everything should work properly.

Thanks, but we aren't using a 3rd party app. We are trying to use the widget to track appointments for an in-house event. We need to limit the number of people that register for each time slot. Is there a different widget/tool we should be using?

Yes, but the widget still requires you to create API key that would be associated with it.

The reason is because the widget would be used on your jotform by people that do not have access to your account. So when you add the API key to it, it will allow the widget to still be able to access your account and check the option that it needs and in turn it will show the right numbers on the widget.

You should see the API Key as a key to the values that the widget needs so that you do not need to share your login details to be able to use jotform.
