when opening preview in new tab, have done this many times without this problem, it now is showing the input from previous preview

    when testing input, the "Preview" is now showing the input from previous test.

    That is normal behavior when Autofill option is Enabled. I have cloned and tested your form and saw that your Autofill option is set to Enabled.
