Mobile form availability

    I made 2 great forms, and I love them.  But they don't work on mobile phones.  What forms are accessbile by iphone, android, etc.

    The issue seems to be caused by the mobile layout of your website.

    Please try to use an iFrave version of the form on your web page to see if that makes any differences.
