I just read through some answers.  I also just upgraded to the $9.95 per month.  Does this help??  Do I need the $19.95 one in order to have more ssl??

    Hurry!  Please reactive soon!

    Hi,

You did indeed upgarde your subscription but it was not the account associated with the over limit form you referenced.  That account is username "DiscoverSoccer" and the email address "ellie.discover.soccer@gmail.com".  I went ahead and reactivated this account and set it below the SSL limits while we get this sorted.  Your forms and account will be active once again.

Now for how you would like to apply your subscription.  If you would like us to move the subscription to the account with your forms we can do that.  We can also move all the forms from your "DiscoverSoccer" account, to your current one.  Just log in to that account and let us know you would like all your forms moved to "crisseymcnally".

With your current "Premium" subscription, you will be able to receive up to 1000 SSL based submissions.  If you do not need more than that, you need not upgrade further.

Let us know how you would like to proceed and we will get this taken care of for you.

    Awesome!  Thank you so much.

I would like for you all to move the subscription to the account with the form that has been shared with me.  Does that make sense?

In another post, it appears that using SSL based submissions takes up more "submissions" than using regular.  Is that true?  Or will we get to utilize 1000 different submissions?  What constitutes as a "submission"?

SSL submission are just sent encrypted.  If you are collecting sensitive data we recommend using these types of submissions:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

If you embedded your form using the SSL link, https://secure.jotform, instead of the regular link http://www.jotform.com, it will use SSL based submissions.  They use the same counter as regular submissions, we just limit the amount that "Free" accounts can receive even further than we do the regular submissions.  "Free" accounts can receive 100 regular submissions, but only 10 SSL/Payment submissions.  Each complete entry to your form counts as a single submission.

If someone else created the form for you and it is in their account, you will be upgrading their account and will no longer have access to the subscription.  You would be dependent on them to cancel it.  We can move it to the account that holds this form:

    http://www.jotform.us/form/50067329559159

Just confirm that this is what you would like to do.

Yes, please.  Is it my account that holds that form?

    Thank you.

The form is actually under the username "DiscoverSoccer" email address "ellie.discover.soccer@gmail.com".  If that is your other account, then yes.  However your current account is username "crisseymcnally".

Ok.  I guess just leave it under Ellie.  I will make sure they change the credit card once the event is over.

    thanks

I moved your subscription over to the account "DiscoverSoccer" that has your form:

    http://www.jotform.us/form/50067329559159

That account is now "Premium" and should no longer have any issues with submissions as long as it stays under 1000 per month. The account "crisseymcnally" was set back to "Free".

Let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to help.
