How to increase the submission limits without upgrading my account?

I received notification from JotForm that I have nearly reached 100 applications a month and the feature will disable for me to continue to use Jotform.  I'm trying to understand if this meant if I only am allowed 100 a month, or 100 in total?  And how do I correct this without having to pay for a service since this is for a non profit organization run by volunteers and 100% of our funds go to help animals in our foster care.

    Hello amberkay,

Yes that is correct. In free account, you can only receive up to 100 non secure, 10 SSL secure and 10 payment submissions. If any of the limits is reached, all your forms will be disabled. Since you have already reached 90 submissions and reaching close to your submission limits, that is the reason why you have received the warning emails.

Please be noted that you can increase the non secure submission limit of your account for free. Please go to the "Get More" section of your account setting page where we have several options to increase your submission limits. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hope this helps.

Please be noted that the the 100 submissions limits are per month. Submission counters are reset on the first day of every month. That means you can receive 100 non secure submission every month.

    Thank you!
