Clearing form fields for the next submission

2) Just to clarify - I have a form called: Weekly Feedback. I will have the each client filling out this form weekly - each week when a client links to the survey will the fields be 'clear' so that the form is once again ready to be completed? If not, how do I make this happen.

Yes, the form fields will be cleared once the form was submitted.

There are times that our customers would like to use the Autofill feature. The data being entered in the fields are saved on the browser storage cache. If so, you can set up how long the data will be stored on the browser.

1. Click the "Preferences" button. Go to the "Advance Settings" tab, then clicl "Edit Autofill settings" button.

2. You can change to value of "Time to Live" to 1 week.
