Why are my forms not showing up on my mobile site?

    My forms show up fine on the computer, but when I go to my site on my phone, suddenly its not there.

    I'm sorry, but it looks like you have already managed to fix this. I checked it using my Android phone and the form was there. Here's my screenshot:
