You will see the folder on the left that will allow you to enter and see the forms from another account.

Clicking on "My Forms" will always show you only your forms - without the shared forms.

As you can see when I shared a folder to another account, it was shown in that other account as a folder with my name, under the Shared with you section.

Look under the same section and find the username of the account that shared the forms with you and once you click on it, you will be able to see the forms.

Do let us know if you have any further questions.

URL link to the form: http://www.jotform.us/form/50426011527141

When sharing a folder with a user, they still cannot see results on their end.

They've opened an account and I've shared the folder but it's still not visible on their end as a shared folder. Can you assist me in discovery what we've done wrong? Thank you.

    Hi,

I believe this is because the email addresses are incorrect. The form http://www.jotform.us/form/50426011527141 is in the main account KnoxCommHosp, upon checking it, I see that the form is shared to two email addresses, I check those emails but I didn't see any accounts associated to boggsea1. Please do make sure that the email you entered in creating a sub account user is correct. Please check this guide on how to share forms to sub account users: http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

    Kind regards.
