Hi, we're having the same problem. Matrix is very very important in all our forms, but as we must write quite long labels in columns, the submission pdf (which we use primarily in submission processing) is always unreadable. Please help us!

UPDATE: We are excited to announce that we have just released the new version of JotForm PDF Editor.

Could you please give us a screenshot of the issue and the link to your jotform to see what exactly happens and if there is any way that we can assist you, or if we should raise it to our developers.

    Thank you.

I'm sorry, but I had to change all the forms that presented this particular problem. I erased every matrix field and replaced them with text box fields.

I'll attach a screenshot of the pdf submission, which fortunately I still have.

    Thank you.

OK. I would suggest to clone the form with the issue in the future, since we would require a form to be able to see it, together with a screenshot to be able to see what can be done to fix it.

Based on the screenshot, I believe that we would need to add CSS to break words a bit and to change its width, but as mentioned we would need to make some tests to be sure that it would work for you.

If needed, you can see here how to clone the jotform in your account How to clone an existing form from your account?
