Are there any alternatives offered for payment when we set PayPal payment tool on our form?

Since I have set up the payment tools under paypal, does it automatically direct them to paypal and they have to use it? or is there another payment tool option where they have a choice if they want to use paypal or not?

When you set a payment processor on your jotform, the people filling it out will be redirected to the right location. Since you have added PayPal to your jotform, this means that they will be redirected to PayPal pages.

Now they will not be offered to make a payment using alternative means of payment unless you specifically add that to your jotform and you can see here how to easily achieve that:
