Filled data in the form are cleared when going back after getting an error

    Suggestion:  

    I received an error notification when attempting to submit, as my screenshot was not in jpg, png or gif format.  When you are instructed to GO BACK, the systems deletes all the details you painstakingly just inserted :/.   Might be something you can fix?

    Hi,

    This will happen if you are using the source codes method and the inline validation is not working to it due to a script conflict. Or, you are using our default JS Embed method and still, a conflict is causing the field validation to stop from working. To fix this, we recommend using our iFrame embed method:

    But I wanted to confirm if this is really the case so I'd appreciate if you can share us the webpage URL where the form is currently embedded so we can check it.
