Purchase Order Discount is incorrect in the email and Thank You page

Hello!

in this form, after submitting form, in email as well as in thank you message, it appears  as follows

Total: 1,647.50 INR
Coupon used: student

While in earlier form, it used to specifically show discount availed as follows:

Discount: -520.00 INR
Total: 1,560.00 INR
Coupon used: student

Can you please guide me what changes I need to make to make Form 1 like Form 2 in terms of display of discount.

I see that you were referring to 2 different forms from 2 different account.

It is highly possible that the field in the Email and TY page is not up to date to the current field on the form. You need to refresh the field on the email/ty page to make sure it is the field ID used in the form.

Do the add/remove method of the form fields in the email message (see screenshot)

Do this method to both of the form existing fields in the email.

I made changes as suggested by you but still it is not working.

In fact I had created another form yesterday just to see how discount appears but even there discount didn't appeared.

I've performed some test and found out that the following format with "discount" will only appear when a discount is applied to the total order.

Discount: -520.00 INR
Total: 1,560.00 INR
Coupon used: student

Check this screenshot:

Result:

The rest options will display normally on email without the discount price.
