I had mofuse mobile app for my mobile but I am trying to replace it with the Jotform widget.  Can you help me with that?  I can't seem to figure it out.

I am not quite sure if I understand what you would like to achieve and would like to ask you to give us a bit more details in regards to your request.

    Thank you.

I don't know how to get the code for the mobile site.  My form says "mobile responsive widget" at the bottom of the form, but how do I get the code for it so I can put it in my website?

To use form on your website you need to embed it.

You can read in following articles how to embed your form inside of the web site.

That's exactly what I did (as far as I can tell) and it still doesn't work.  When people look us (www.urbanerecycling.com) up on the mobile device, I want the form to and appear and appear/response for mobile.

I have tested your form outside of your web page and form is responsive. After checking your form on your website, I noticed that you are using script block (source code) for embedding your form on website. We recommend using iFrame code. You can try to replace source code with iFrame to see if the form will be responsive. In this article you can find out how to do it.
