Quiz Form App: Can I receive a PDF file with the test scores on it

I'm trying the Quiz Form and I have several questions.

1. How do I receive a PDF file? The default Quiz Form Email does not issue a PDF file of the results.

2. Which method should I use for Notifications?

If I fill out the Quiz Form, it will not send PDF of the results.

If I use the Email Editor, it will send a PDF link, however, it does not show all results including the grade of the quiz.

4. On the autoresponder sent to the test taker, it does not how the quiz score.

Where do I edit the autoresponder to show the test score and to redirect them to retake the quiz?

I can see that you used the Quiz Form App (http://quizform.jotform.io/). Unfortunately, it is not possible to include a PDF file with the results score on both notifications or auto-responder.

3. How do I show the name and score of the test taker using the default Quiz From Emailer? I entered the {fullName3:given}  and ({percentageCorrect}%) from the email form but it does not show on the email.

You cannot include the result or score in the notifications or in the auto-responder.

5. I only want the quiz score to show but not the whole quiz. I dont' want the answers because I want them to retake the quiz if they have mistakes.

You cannot put the test score in the auto-responder. You can just put the form link in the auto-responder if you want them to retake the quiz.

Does setting up Quizform notification email the Edit Course notification email or vice versa?

You can use the "use custom email page" to add/remove the fields you want to include in the email notification.

I'm not sure if I understand this correctly, the results should be included in the email notification by default.

My apologies for not understanding your question correctly.
Yes, it's possible by using the corresponding field tag (without the :given part) for example, to include the full name in the subject you would need to add the tag like in the picture below.
