Form is not showing theme

Theme is not being adopted by current and new forms created on account.

When I checked the form http://www.jotform.us/form/51075123964151 I also see that it wasn't using any Theme

Please try this process

1. Open the form in the Form Designer

2. Save the Form while in the Form Designer

3. Close the Form Designer and back at the Form Builder..

4. Save the form.
