How to add form to Facebook page

    How do I add a FACEBOOK page to my account

    I would like to add the FACEBOOK page for Valley Tan so I can embed a design form I just completed with your themes.  How do I do that

    With Jotform it is possible to add JotForm form to your Facebook page. Inside of this article it is described how you can do that.
