I'm unable to find a form in my account

    I need a submission but i am not know which form name so please help me .

    My form id is : 50564723779971

    It looks like the form with the ID of 50564723779971 is named:

    WIN a Sheet of 11+ Gold Tattoo Jewellery by Bernard Forever

    You can view this form's submissions by 1) going to your forms,
    2) finding this form in your list,
    3) clicking on the More dropdown on its right, and then
    4) clicking on View Submissions.

    The mentioned form is associated with the account eluxemagazine which is the reason why you cannot view it in your eluxe account.

    You would need to login to the account owner of the form in order to view its submissions or they can add you as a sub-user of eluxemagazine, so you can check the submissions on that form from your own account.
