Form is not being emailed to the correct recipient email address.

    Hi team,

     

    I've been trying to change our "nightly signoff" form to go to email signoff@skinlaundry.com but it goes to the automatically default email address, which is mine: yian@skinlaundry.com even after saving to signoff@skinlaundry.com

    Your FAQ page states that "On the Form Builder screen for your form, you will see an "Email Alerts" button, click on that." but I don't see this feature anywhere.

    Hello Yian,

    Upon checking your form's notification email alert, I did not find any issue with that. It is configured correctly to send submission emails to signoff@skinlaundry.com email address. Please check the screenshot below:

    I am not sure how you are receiving submission emails to other email address. I did send a test submission from your form and as per the email logs, the submission was sent to signoff@skinlaundry.com. Please check the screenshot below:

    Can you please check your email inbox and see if the submission email was received in signoff@skinlaundry.com email account?

    I am not sure if you are clicking on the "Test Email" button of your email alert. Please be noted that test email button will always send test submission to your account profile email address. You should click on the "Preview" button of editor and then click on the submit button to test the email alert.
