How can i import a form created in google forms

Thank you for your interest in using JotForm. I understand that you want to import a form built by Google Forms. Unfortunately, we do not have any tools to import the forms from Google forms. However, we have an app that can help you in importing data using Excel or CSV format.

But, the form needs to be created in JotForm. You can create fantastic forms using the Form Designer and also can use hundreds of themes available from the theme-store.
