How do you restrict access to links for uploaded data?

I noticed that anybody with the link to an uploaded file can access the file.  Is there any way to restrict access from anyone but the form creator/administrator?

If this is not possible our organization may have to suspend our use of JotForm due to the inability to protect our form users' privacy.

As far as I know, the URLs for uploaded files are public which mean that they cannot be password protected.

But, as a workaround you could integrate your form with Google Drive or Dropbox which allows you to restrict the access to uploaded files, this way you could delete the submission (automatically if you want to) from your account and this would also delete the uploaded file (from your JotForm account) or you can edit the submission and remove the file(s) only.

Let us know if this helps.

Update: you can now put a restriction to make the links accessible only when you are logged into your JotForm account, please check this blog post for more details: https://www.jotform.com/blog/259-Keeping-Your-Uploads-Secure
