    The submissions are available here and to export but no notifications are going out and it is impacting business negatively.

    Upon checking your form and the email settings, I see that your email address la**a@aol.com is in our bounce list with the following reasons:

    Reason(s) : smtp;521 5.2.1 : AOL will not accept delivery of this message.

    I have removed it in our bounce list and you should be able to receive email notifications, please do check this guide on how to prevent bounce related issues: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues.
