Error Date

    I have issue that my form date is not same with submission. In submission is OK but on Google sheet is false

    Hello,

    I have studied your form and it's Google integration seems to need a re-integration as some formats (date/time) have changed very recently.

    Could you please let us know if any problem exists after re-integration?
