embedded form hangs while submitting

Hi, 

I posted a question a couple of hours ago and since then have worked it out. The first part anyway about multiple matrices not being displayed.

Still have the problem about the form hanging when submitting from my website. I am using the html code from the embed form link. Screen shot attached.

The website is a wild apricot membership management website. Strange thing it was working last week! Only the matrix dynamique has been changed but only the width of columns.

I think I followed up in your other thread:

Try using the iFrame embed method instead of the regular Javascript embed method:

http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

That usually allows for the embedded form to work the same as it does regularly.  If it does not, let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can do.
