Upload or Copy/Paste a simple table (products) and let customers choose and order

is there a simple way?

the table has only few columns: code, description, quantity in stock, price.

The customer has to flag an item and input the quantity to place an order...simple.

The table has to be refreshed each day in a very simple way (uploading an excel file or using Copy/Paste).

How about using the Inventory Widget.

It will allow you to add items with descriptions. Allow selections and Qty as well.

Unfortunately, you will have to create the table manually in the Form Builder. 

There is no means to import from external data source at this time and put the data directly into the form field.

You do can import data into the submissions of the form. 

That is by using the Import Data App.

The external data source must be in Excel or CSV file format.
