Google Drive and store space use

    Hello!

I was wondering if integrating forms into Google Drive will counteract the 100 MB monthly space allotment offering in the free plan? Does using Google Drive bypass the need for that storage space, or will just the creation of forms and not the storage of content go toward that space allotment.

    Thank you,

    Kara

No, Kara. Integrating your form to Google Drive won't bypass the account File Storage limit. If you want to restore the space limit, you have to delete the submission will file uploads on it. Purging file uploads is the only way you can restore the limit.

Let us know if you have any further questions about this matter.

    Thanks

    Hi Welvin,

Thanks for you response! Could I restore the storage limit multiple times during a month or no?

Yes, when you delete a submission with an uploaded file the occupied upload space in your account should get reduced which means that you would have more space to receive more files.

In short terms, you need to delete submissions (with uploaded files) in order to reduce the occupied space in your account.
