How can I process from 1 student up to 4 students with conditional logic?

I just imported my form from Adobeformscentral. In FormsCentral I can register 1 student and they can proceed to PayPal checkout or I can do 2, 3 or 4 students. When I imported to JotForm and tested the link I lost that functionality. JotForm is making a person have to fill out information for 4 students even if they only want register and checkout for 1 student. How do I fix that?
