Found this on another website --

"This is a common bug on a number of websites - basically they're deciding to ignore your mouse when they see you have a touchscreen (presumably assuming you must be on a phone/tablet that doesn't actually have a mouse or something). We've been doing outreach trying to get sites to fix this class of bug for over a year, eg. see http://www.html5rocks.com/en/mobile/touchandmouse/#toc-mostimp.Note that some Windows software (eg. having DevStudio installed) will make windows believe it has a touch screen. You can disable touchscreen support in Chrome completely with chrome://flags/#touch-events.I think we'll "fix" this situation soon by exhibiting the problem everywhere (not just touchscreen users) - see issue 392584."

I disabled touchscreen support in chrome and it now works.

You are correct. The solution is to disable the touchscreen support in Google Chrome. You can check the answer provided by my colleague Charlie on this thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/564454#564513

    Thank you.
