Next button is not working on wordpress site

I have one of my forms, "GATEHOUSE PROPERTIES, LLC" embedded on a temporary page on my wordpress website and sometimes the "next" button as well as the "CLICK FOR ADDITIONAL APPLICANT" (which is a "form collapse") will not register...

I've noticed that when it does this, there will be a "back" button on the first page, but when it loads properly there is only a "next" button. I do not know what happens for it to suddenly load properly, but I do not think simply reloading the page does it; I think it might have some correlation to when I edit it or something, but I would like to know why it is messing up and how to get it permanently fixed.

I have tested your website and I was able to reproduce mentioned problem.

To prevent this from happening, please use our wordpress plugin to add the form to your site.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

I've was able to embed your form http://www.jotform.us/form/51240971410142 and I am not able to reproduce the mentioned problem.

This is the test site of mine. http://jeanettebmz.qsandbox.com/?page_id=26   (used code 000 )

I've used our oEmbed plugin rather than the Embed one recommended on the guide given to you above, which just requires to paste the direct link as it is.

To install such plugin, go to Plugin section, click on "Add New", type "JotForm" and select the oEmbed one.

Once you are done, you'll be able to grab the direct link of the form and paste it directly in any of your Wordpress pages, so Wordpress will automatically recognize it's a Jotform URL's and will create the iFrame.

I am not sure if you were able to solve the problem with the  other plugin. To get back to this thread, please just  click on this link   or click on the link at the bottom right side of the email.

I think maybe in your case the Embed plugin can be better so you can adjust the width of the frame for the form to display properly.

I figured out an easier way,

Simply add this code into the text section of the page instead of the embed code, it is what the plugin would do anyway and in my opinion it is a whole lot easier.

    [jotform id="1234567890123"]

I found my ID# in the embed code.

Can you please try embedding your form with the iFrame embedded method https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

This will not conflict with anything on the page, so the form's functionality should not be affected.

    Almost...

On my site I can now click the next button, however, if I click the collapsed form button on the first page then go to the next page if I go back to the first page, the next button is no longer visible because the I-Frame window is no longer long enough. I understand that I can click the collapsed form button again to collapse the form and the next button will be accessible, however, not all people may know that and I also would prefer if they did not have to do that.

Also with the size of the I-frame window, once the I-frame window has extended to a certain length it will remain at that length, so for shorter pages there is excess form space below. Is it possible to have the I-frame adjust the height to fit the form (different for every page)?

I was able to see the problem when I checked the embedded form on your test website.

its seems the problem was due to the collapse field and page break field being on the form. every time the collapse field in the Next page is used, it also affects the collapse field in the 1st page..

What I am saying is, it is just a conflict in the design of the form with regards to the use of collapse field and page break.

I suggest you try it like this..

See if this makes any difference. Let us know if issue persist.

    Thanks.
