How to use JotForm offline?

Hi,

I understand that currently JotForm does not provide offline functionality. 

Will this option be something we can expect to see within JotForm in the foreseeable future?

We have a large field based team that would greatly benefit from an Offline Field Mobility solution.

How are you going to use it offline? Do you mean to say that you want to allow your team to fillup the form offline?

If yes, I believe it is possible to achieve your requirement. Please take a look at our "Auto Fill" feature and see if it fits into your requirement. 

Auto Fill feature will save the form data every few seconds. This will ensure that input data is not lost and user can submit the form when the net connectivity is available.

Please be noted that auto fill feature saves the input data in browser cookie. That means if the user access the form again from other browser, other system or clear the browser cache, the saved data will not be accessible. From my understanding the Auto Fill function will only work with a single form entry. 

I work for an Electrical Distribution company and use JotForm to capture works performed in the field inclusive of before and after photo's. The product is fantastic as it returns the results to me in a .csv format for billing purposes and also a .pdf for submission to the client inclusive of completed works and the before and after photo's.

The limitations for me is that often crews will need to work in remote areas with no internet connectivity and will often complete 15 jobs per day which would require 15 x form submissions.

Ideally I'd like the functionality for JotForm to store data directly to the device being used when in offline mode and only upload to your server / cloud when prompted to do so.

Yes your understanding is correct. Auto fill feature will only save one submission data.
