Combine Submissions App: URL or voice recording of Voice Recorder widget is not displayed in the selection to be used

Hello, I think this is a related question.

I need to combine fom results based on folders. There are several folder submissions that I need to combine.

I had seen a Forum reply before I cannot locate it.

I was able to combine forms using the Combine Submissions app.

I get an excel spreadsheet.

However, the link to the audio files were not included.

Is there another step so the audio files will be included in the combined forms?

If I understand correctly you combined submissions for different forms, but the links to the uploaded files were not included on the generated file. Is that correct?

I made a test on my side and was not able to reproduce the issue, I selected the upload fields on a form and combined it with another form and the links were included on the file

Can you let us know which forms are you trying to combine so we can make further tests?

I was able to replicate your problem. Upon checking the Combine Submissions app, it seems that it does not include the voice recorded URL of the Voice Recorder Widget in the selections.

I will need to escalate this to our back end team to have it checked. For the meantime, you might also be interested in integrating your 2 Forms to Google Spreadsheet. After that, use ImportRange function to import all the columns to one main sheet.

Regarding the problem, we'll update you as soon as we hear any news on this.

Upon checking the status of this ticket, one of our developers is already assigned on it, it is marked as "Important", unfortunately, it seems like a fix for this issue has not yet been implemented. But rest assure that someone is already working on it. We can't provide an estimated date or time frame as this is handled by a different team. I'll notify them again about this concern.

You should be able to select the voice recorder from the combine submissions app.
