Do you have a feature available whereby a user can set the inactivity level in order to be logged out of Jotform when the limit is reached ?

We work with sensitive data and this feature should be mandatory.

    Hello MyUWC,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

Do you want to prevent user from submitting form after certain amount of time? Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement.

Please take a look at our "Global Countdown" widget and see if it fits into your requirement. You can configure the widget to prevent user form submitting the form after certain time or simply auto submit it.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Morning,

We had an option on AFC whereby, if you as a logged in user, are in-active for (let say 5 minutes), AFC logs u out/off the system.

In order to get back into the system, u must only provide your password again to log in.

This is a very useful security feature in our environment seeing that we work with sensitive data at times.

Do you have the same option available in JF ?

    Hello MyUWC,

Unfortunately we do not have such feature currently.

Let me create a feature request and send it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    Thank you!
