Can I use special characters within text in Drop Down options text?

    Hi,

    Is it possible to use a special character (specifically a heart shape) within some text within the options text in a Drop Down field?

    Yes, it is possible to add special Unicode characters into your drop-down fields.

    Please note that displaying of Unicode characters will depend on the user having those fonts installed in their system. You should be aware that for some users, especially on older Operating Systems such as Windows XP or earlier, some of the Unicode characters may display as ugly boxes:

    The ordinary heart symbol ♥ is very well supported, even on very old systems, so it should be safe to use it. Only the more elaborate heart symbols may be displayed as boxes to some of your users:
