How to share form's submission page to others?

On many of our forms, I am notified when someone completes one, but I also have other staff who get the notifications. Can the access all the responses fro a separate account thats not mine?

To my understanding, you would like to have other staff gain access to your submission page, is that correct?

There are, actually, ways for you to do that.
