Are you using https://secure.jotform.com/ as the first part of the address to the form? If so, please change it to https://www.jotform.com/ and let us know if that helps. If it doesn't, please provide the URL of the page within which the form is embedded, assuming it is embedded, so that we can view the source for any possible cause(s).
Thanks.

Answered by MrB on November 22, 2011 at 11:38 AMHi Abajan, here's the link. (I've tried your suggestion re deleting 'secure' fromthe url, but same thing happening).
http://www.onlinevideotours.co.uk/none/orderonline.htm
I've checked the code and re embedded... maybe I'm missing something at my end. Still no joy??
One thing, I tried the iframe embed. Got an error message saying that the certificate didn't match up , or similar (GoDaddy). May mean nothing but may be something. You'll know better than me.
fxr. Thanks, that would be good to know, but I'm running XP.
p.s. Just noticed that this page is titled "Internet Explorer has blocked website from displaying content with security certificate errors". ...seems an odd name for a forum page. Is this anything to do with it?

Answered by fxr on November 22, 2011 at 11:51 AMYour changes look fine.
Is it possible to do a quick check of the date on the PC(s) having this issue?
There is a few IE7 and SSL cert bugs out there, regardless of which OS you are on.
Every other browser reports the certificate as fine, so you do have to look at IE7 specific bugs, bugs which may well be beyond our control.

Answered by MrB on November 22, 2011 at 12:10 PMHi fxr, the PC is about 4 years old I think. If it's only an IE7 bug, then I'll have to live with it I suppose.
It's a shame though as many people still use IE7 and have older computers.
If there is a work around or solution, I'd love to know.
Paul.

Answered by fxr on November 22, 2011 at 12:22 PMThere is a couple of other cases open with the developers on this issue.
All are IE7 & SSL cert issues.
We'd love to find some kind of workaround that doesnt involve upgrading of web browsers, but after researching this issue at quite some length today and yesterday, I am not very confident that we will be able to provide one.
But hopefully, the developers are able to come with something that I have overlooked. I will keep you posted if there is any kind of positive resolution.
NOTE: I didnt ask the date the PC was made; I asked the actual date on the PCs clock, sometimes the date (specifically, the year) can be off which would affect the SSL certs verification. Its unlikely to be drastically off, buts it worth just having a quick look to make sure.

Sorry about this problem. It only re-occured because of the domain issue we had a couple of days ago. I have already alerted our developers regarding this issue. They will have this fixed soon.

Answered by MrB on February 28, 2012 at 12:37 PMHi , this problem is back again!!! Can anyone at Jotform attend to this please.
There must be something that can be done so that it doesn't keep happening every week or so. Can Jotform put in a manual system to check perhaps?? I know that bugs occur from time to time, but this is every week.
Our company are about to launch a new service here in the UK , but there's little point if our potential customers feel wary of security issues with us before thy've even ordered!
Please , can someone sort this out once & for all.
Thanks
Paul

Answered by Mike_T on February 28, 2012 at 08:14 PMThank you for reporting this.
According to my tests, form Multiple upload fields are causing "security warnings" in Internet Explorer 7. I have escalated this issue to our Development team.
In order to solve your problem:
1. Please switch your Multiple upload fields to Single upload fields.

2. You will also need to change your image URLs from http://www.jotform.com to https://secure.jotform.net/

Once again we deeply apologize for the inconveniences you are facing.

Answered by MrB on February 29, 2012 at 07:20 AMHi yes, it's here.
http://www.onlinevideotours.co.uk/orderformfree.htm
Curiously we have 2 forms for this site. The contact form (on the home page) appears to work fine and throws up no security issues that we are aware of, but the order form below does. Very strange!
And the problem comes and goes.....every week or so this happens, then it's ok for a week and so on etc...
Look forward to you thoughts.
Thanks
Paul

Content was blocked because it was not signed by a valid security certificate. For more information, see "About Certificate Errors" in Internet Explorer Help.
And on another form that should go to a Paypal payment page after hitting the submit button they are getting the following message. At the bottom of the browser it says that Internet Explorer has blocked this website due to security certificate issues.
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage What you can try: It appears you are connected to the Internet, but you might want to try to reconnect to the Internet. Retype the address. Go back to the previous page. Most likely causes: You are not connected to the Internet. The website is encountering problems. There might be a typing error in the address. More information -
