[FormsCentral] Submit button not showing with Embed code

    Hello,

    I have placed your form on my page but the Submit button cannot be viewed.

    Could you tell what I am doing wrong?

    The form is at the bottom of:

    Thank you for contacting us.

    We have reproduce the issue and escalated a bug report ticket to our Development Team. There is some issue with js embed code related to FormsCentral imported forms.

    In the meantime, please switch to an iFrame version of the form. It should work properly.
