JotForm Signature Widget Stopping Form from Submitting

    Good Day!

    We're using the Smooth Signature widget and whenever we try to submit a form with it, it just hangs and doesn't submit.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    When I checked your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/40776216980966 I did find an status error in the browser console.

    I tried submitting the form and it hanged up and was stuck to "Please wait" message in the submit button

    I was able to find a fixed by removing the existing smooth signature widget, and then add it back again to the form.

    when I test submitted my test form it was successful this time.

    Can you please try also removing and add back the Smooth signature widget to your form, similar to the steps I did.

    Please let us know if this still did not resolve the issue.
