embed jot form in email. Submit button not work

I really like the jotform in email and I read the forum it worked great for others.  

why is my submit button not work.  

Some clients like email better than form, that is why its important to me.

I am sorry for the inconvenient this issue is causing you.

I have gone ahead, cloned your form, tested but I was not able to recreate the issue. My best advise for you is to send the form link to your users, since what you are doing is sending a fillable .pdf copy of your form, this type of format is created to be used as printed forms.
