what the hell is going on? I have someone else's form in my forms and mine is gone!

Have I been sending out someone else's form for how long??? Where is my form I created from scratch???! This is terrible! Help!

May I ask which form you are referring to?  The most recent one I show you edited was this one:

Is this not a form you created?  It is highly unlikely that the forms from another account were placed in yours.   I was unable to find any other account related to your email address or IP so it is not a Guest account issue.

Just let us know the form you are looking for and we will be happy to see where it is.  The forms in your account appear to be created by you.
