Hi,
I need to put coding in my thank you page, but when I click on the html icon it doesn't show what I already have on the page. It's all blank.
How can we make this work?

As I clone your JotForm to my account, I see that the HTML editor for Thank you message is working fine at my end.
This may be an issue with the form/browser caches. Could you try clearing the form and browser caches by following the guides below to see if that helps?

Hi,
I cleared my Jotform cache and my browser cache and the HTML editor is still coming up blank. I even tried it on my husband computer and had my sister try it on hers at her own place and they came up with a blank HTML editor as well. Then I cloned it to a different Jotform account and had the same issue.
Any other suggestions?

Thanks for taking the steps suggested by my colleague, Kiran. I did a test of this using 3 browsers - Chrome, Firefox and IE. Of these 3, I was able to replicate the issue in IE 11 as shown below.
However, I saw in your post above that you were using Chrome. It''s weird because I replicated the issue not in Chrome but in IE. What Chrome version are you using? I used Chrome 43.0. I would recommend you use a different browser such as Firefox. I may escalate this upon confirmation that it is a browser issue.
Do get back to us if using other browser works for you.

Hi Chriistian,
I too tried it in IE and got the same blank results. The version of Chrome I am using is 43.0 as well. However I just downloaded and installed Firefox and the HTML editor shows up just fine. I'm so confused!!

I made some tests and the editor is showing up to me also on Chrome (Version 43.0.2357.81 ) and Firefox (38.0.1):
But is not showing up on IExplorer 11:
I've forwarded this situation to our developers.

We do not recommend Internet explorer to build and edit forms. Please use either Chrome or Firefox.
