100 MB limit space, does that apply to how much space my form takes or is it for the size of the files that are uploaded in a form?

I have the free version that limits my space to 100 MB. I don't understand if that means 100 MB for the form that I'm using, meaning background images, videos, etc. Or if it means 100 MB limit for all the files that are uploaded via the forms.

The space is take up by file attachments uploaded via your forms, the form, its design elements and submissions do not take up space .

You can create as many forms as you want without running into space constraints.
