Is there an option to output forms as PDF or Word document?

Is there a way to output forms as individual PDF or Word documents, as opposed to outputting in Excel format? If so, how would we retrieve them once submitted? Thank you.

If this is not what you need, then you are probably referring to the submissions. You can download the submissions as a PDF, Excel or CSV but not as a Word document.
