How to increase the Height of Form, so that I can submit the form?

Hi, Please go to http://www.ncmhr.org/membership-application.htm and click the tab for Organizational Membership. 

On my computer, using Safari and Chrome (on a Mac), The captcha area is cut off, and there is no way to submit the form? Here's a screen shot - http://screencast.com/t/7AsO31msd7.

I checked the settings, and didn't see a way to expand the form height.
