My form will be launched from multiple blog pages. Is there a way to capture the source URL in a form field?

If you are prepopulating your Form via URL parameters, then it can be done by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters.
If you would like to directly send or pass the value in a PHP script, that is possible using the "Send POST data" option, here's a guide for that: http://www.jotform.com/help/213-Send-POST-Data-From-JotForm-Using-PHP-in-Custom-Thank-You-Page.
If you would like to fetch the value on the form and pass it via a custom URL, that is possible by checking the field name. You can check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/146-How-to-find-Field-IDs-Names.
Example: www.mywebsite.com/myscript.php?firstName={firstName}
{firstName} is the field name found in an example form. Please check your field name directly in its properties. I'll add that link to my "Thank You" URL so that when the user submits the form, it will redirect the user to that custom link, at the same time passing the first name value.
I hope that helps.
Thank you.
