My account is overlimit

I noticed that the link automatically created is secured after I received an email that my limits are up and that my form would be disabled. I have found the link to the non-secure form, so will be form be disabled or just for those who enter via the secured method?

    thank you!

I have checked your account and your account is over limit because you have 12 SSL submissions. As free user you have a limit of 10 SSL submissions. Your account will be downgraded on 2015-06-03 and your forms will be disabled. For free users submission counter is reset on first of every month.

If you want to have more submissions you can upgrade your account. More about different account types you can find on our pricing page.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Automatically form is set to non-secure. We do not have student discount.

I have reset your submission counter to 0 and now your forms won't be disabled until your reach free account limit for non-secure form that is 100 submission. Note that this can be done only once per account and if you again reach your limit we won't be able to reset your submssions again.

I would also suggest you to use non-secure form, that way your monthly limit will be 100 submissions.
