    The "Please Wait" is happening to me too. Was this fixed or did I do something wrong? I have setup the Stripe with the keys

    @urlbuilders

    The issue with Stripe Integration is fixed already.

    Please test again with your form, if this happens again please do contact us and let us know the link of the form in question, so we will be able to recreate the issue and find a workable solution for you.

    Thanks.

    I see that you were using custom domain name for your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/50964616185159

    I recommend reviewing our user guide

    -How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform

    As noted at the latest part of the article/guide, HTTPS is currently not supported.

    I believe this was the caused of issue of your form failing to submit properly.

    Please try testing first using the direct URL only of your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/50964616185159

    Let us know if it also fails using the URL only.

    Thanks.

    Not sure what you mean by custom domain. I've always used the forms on any domain and it works just fine by embedding the form contents. Also, this form has worked before without a problem. Is this a recent change?

    Considering that I can not reproduce 'Please wait' problem when I tried to submit your form and after checking the original thread, like my colleagues already mentioned there was a problem with Stripe integration. Please try to reintegrate your stripe payment and see if that works.

    Considering custom domain - that means that my colleague meant that you are using jotform under different domain and not jotform domain. Meaning that you did not embed your form on the webpage instead of that you put it under domain. If that is not correct - and you are using form like embed option then you can consider embedding your form with iframe.
